This workshop was created for manager teams for retail stores prior to a grand opening of a new location. Overall 8 hours, it can be broken apart into smaller segments or done in a single day depending on the needs of a particular team.

This module is an introduction to a technical troubleshooting theory called "Split-Half Issue Isolation" used by technical support phone agents handling inbound calls from users expereiencing an unexpected issue. While Mercari is simply one app of millions, our team wanted to ensure we did everything in our power to resolve issues before sending the customer to another support team.
